"I Mary Anne Coogan of Drumroosk in the Parish of Tullycorbet and
County of Monaghan do make this my last Will.  I appoint Francis
Conton of Drumquistan and Laurence McDonnell of Drum herein as
Executors of this my Will.  I give to my son Laurence Coogan the
farm of land I now live on, stock of cattle and horses together
with all chattels and appurtences attached thereto absolutely
after my death by paying the following bequests and all my lawful
debts and expenses of a descent funeral.

I leave my son Peter Coogan now resident in United States of
America the sum of twenty five pounds.  I leave to my son Edward
Coogan of Lennon and my son Francis Coogan of Castleblayney and
my daughter Anne Currands [sic] of Drumquistan the sum of one
pound each if called on.

Signed her mark by the said Mary Anne Coogan in our presence
and in the presense of each other subscriber."
