Research:

This is the family Reginald Coogan, a physician. He was born in 
Ireland (probably in Dublin) and later moved to the Union of 
South Africa.  He settled at Gordon's Bay, West Cape and lived
there until 1960.  After that, he apparently returned to his
family's home in Dublin. 

We are currently looking for someone to link with this family and 
to take over the search!
