He married Mary Cassidy in New York, New York, NY, 23 NOV 1904. Mary was born IRELAND 1868. Mary was the daughter of Stephen Cassidy and Susan Kelly. Mary died 23 OCT 1931 in New York, New York, NY, at 63 years of age. Her body was interred 27 OCT 1931 Bronx, Bronx, NY, Saint Raymond's Cemetery.

The death certificate of his wife, Mary, stated his residence. His death certificate and will stated his address.

He came to Roxbury in 1935, for the funeral of his sister, Catherine.
