Y., to Jerome Verity Roscoe of Washington, son of Colonel and Mrs. David Livingston Roscoe of Los Angeles. The Rev. Dr. George Paull T. Sargent performed the ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her uncle, Alexander C. Clogher. She had as matron of honor a sister-in-law, Mrs. Henry P. Coogan. The bridesmaids were the Misses Helen Mason Frey of Washington and Barbara Shaw and Miriam Lewis of New York. Captain Fielder S. Dudley, U. S. A., was the best man. A reception was given at Sherry's.
