Born In Haverhill, MA and was ordained in the Franciscan Order on Sept. 8, 1954. He was a retired Colonel in the Air Force, serving as chaplain from 1958-1964, and served in Special Services from 1981 to 1982. Father Roch also was the chaplain at St. Anthony's Hospital from 1973-1980. He served as pastor at many Catholic churches. He later became the Guardian of St. Anthony Friary from 1991-1993, where he later retired and took up residence in 2006.
