MANAGER DIES - RICHARD COOGAN - Richard Coogan, sales manager of the Western Union Telegraph Co. here, died late Saturday at St. Joseph's hospital. Mr. Coogan was stricken with a heart attack Thursday night. He was 50 and lived at 2629 N. 88th st. Mr. Coogan was a life ling resident of Milwaukee and was widely known among Milwaukee businessmen. He went to work for Western Union in the book-keeping department 37 years ago, when he was 13. He had been sales manager since 1934. He was a member of the Trinity Episcopal church, Wauwatosa, and of the Milwaukee Sales Managers' club. His wife, Margaret; a son, Richard, jr., 10, and a brother, Harry, survive.
