Obituary of William H. Coogan

WILLIAM H. COOGAN

Suffering a heart attack at his [residence,] 740 60th, William H. 
Coogan was rushed to a local hospital where his death occurred within 
a short [time.]  

Born In San [Francisco], Mr. Coogan has resided in Oakland and 
Berkeley for the last 35 [years.]  He was for many years a linotype 
operator in San [Francisco] and recently he had been associated with 
the Thorsen Tool Company in [...].  

Mr. Coogan is survived by his [wife,] Mrs. Mary B. Coogan, and a 
[brother,] Francis L., of Los [Angeles].  He was the brother of the 
late Joseph R.  

Funeral services for Mr. Coogan will be held at 9 a.m. tomorrow from 
the Memorial Chapels of Carew and [...], San [Francisco,] thence to 
St. Ignatius, Fulton and Parker, San [Francisco,] where a requiem 
high mass will be offered for the repose of his [soul,] commencing at 
9:30 a.m.  Interment will be made at Holy Cross.
