Obituary of Teresa Coogan

DEATH OF MRS TERESA COOGAN, CLIFDEN

We announce with regret the death of Mrs Teresa Coogan, wife of Mr. 
Patrick Coogan, Clifden, Co. Kilkenny, which occurred at her 
residence on November 16.  Deceased belonged to a highly respected 
family, the McDonnells, of Leighlinbridge [Carlow], and had only 
been married a year.  The particularly poignant circumstances 
surrounding her death at a comparatively early age have occasioned 
widespread regret in Clara parish, where she was extremely popular.  
Deep sympathy will be extended to her bereaved husband, mother, 
brother, sisters and relatives in the great loss they have 
sustained.  There was a representative attendance at the obsequies.
