LAWRENCE COOGAN WHITESBORO, Nov. 18 - Word has been received here by relatives of the death fo Mrs. Lawrence A. Coogan, which occurred in Los Angeles, Cal. Mrs. Coogan had been in failing health for some time, and about a year ago it was advised by her physician that she go to the Southwest. It was at first thought that her condition was improving, but a sudden change took place and the death resulted Sunday morning at 4 o'clock. Mrs. Coogan was born in Yorkville, 26 years ago. Her maiden name was Libbie Ripka and she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rheinhart Ripka of that place. She is survived, besides her parents, by her husband, Lawrence A. Coogan of Los Angeles; three sisters, Margaret and Edna Ripka and Mrs. Mary Candeld of Yorkville; also two brothers, Fred and Ray, both of Yorkville. She had spent nearly every all of her life in this town.
