Obituary of Harriett Coogan

COOGAN - Feb. 22, at Oakland, Calif., Miss Harriett Coogan at Oakland, 
aged 61 years.  Sister of Mrs. Edward (Isabelle J.) Vallencsin of Walla 
Walla; aunt of Michael Coogan of Washington, DC, Mrs. Francis Poor of 
Yakima, Patrick and Joseph Coogan of Seattle, Justin May of Butte, 
Mont., Edward J., Joanne E. and David Vallencsin all of Walla Walla.  
Born Oct. 11, 1895 in Iowa. Member of the Catholic Church.  Remains 
will be received by the Marshall Funeral Home, Norman S. Herring and 
John E. Hendricks, Funeral Directors.  Funeral notice later. - (Paid

HARRIETT COOGAN RITES SET HERE

Harriett Coogan, sister of Mrs. Edward (Isabelle) Valencsin of Walla 
Walla, died Friday morning at Oakland, Calif.  She was 61.

Born in Iowa on Oct. 11, 1895, she was an accountant and lived in
Oakland the past two years.  Her death followed a brief illness.

Miss Coogan lived for many years at Yakima and at Seattle before
moving to California.  She was a member of the Catholic Church.

Besides her sister, she is survived by several neices and nephews.

The body will be brought here for funeral services and burial.
