Obituary of Dorothy Coogan

Mrs. Dorothy Coogan, of High Street, Bolsover, has died at 
Chesterfield Royal Hospital, aged 89. Born in Chesterfield, she was
a retired shorthand/typist secretary with Bolsover Social Services.
Her interests included painting in watercolours and oils, flowers,
gardening, quizzes and crosswords.  A member of Bolsover branch of
Cancer Research and past member of Bolsover Townswomen's Guild, she
was a former Samaritan.  Mrs. Coogan, a widow, leaves a daughter,
Hilary and grandson Adrian.  A grandson Paul pre-deceased her.
Cremation is due to take place tomorrow at 11 am at Chesterfield.
