COOGAN, Victim of Crash A solemn requiem mass for Andrew R. Coogan of 78 76th St., who died Sunday of injuries received in an auto crash near Elkton, Md., will be offered at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow in Our Lady of Angels R.C. Church, 4th Ave. and 73d St. Until shortly before the mass the body will be at Fred Herbst Sons Memorial, 7505 5th Ave. Burial wil be in the National Cemetery at Farmingdale. Mr. Coogan, treasurer of the Green Marble Co., Manhattan, was on his way to Maryland on a business trip when the accident occurred. His wife, Mrs. Jane Nielsen Coogan, who accompanied him, was seriously injured and taken to a local hospital. He was a native of Manhattan and a World War I veteran. Most of his life was spent in Brooklyn. Before joining the Green Marble Company he was an accountant with the Fishback and Moore engineering firm, also in Manhattan.
