COOGAN The funeral of Mrs. Agnes Coogan, wife of J. E. Coogan, took place on Saturday last at 2 o'clock from the home of her parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Saxton T. Bastedo, George street, and at 2:30 p.m. from Christ Church. A large number of people were present at the church to pay their last respects to the deceased. The service was conducted by Rev. C. S. Lewis, the record, assisted by the vested choir. Three hymns were sung by the choir and Mrs. C. Leon Cozzens sang a solo "Abide with Me," most impressively. Interment was made in Christ Church cemetery. The pall bearers were Messrs. F. A. Deacon, Harvey Brumagim, Percy L. Locker, Ambrose Watson, A. L. Way and Carl Larson. Stillwell and Mason were funeral directors. The floral pieces were beautiful and many, expressive of the love that friends had for the departed one. ______________________________________________________________________
