Arthur Coogan of Vim Motor Company, Tender Reception J. Arthur Coogan, assistant superintendent of the Vim Motorcar Company, will leave today for Fort Slocum, N. Y. He was tendered a farewell reception on Saturday night at his home, 816 North Forty- fifth street, by his friends and business associates. Coogan is only twenty-three years old and is the son of James F. Coogan, chief detective of Gimbel Brothers, and nephew of Joseph Coogan, a city detective. He enlisted in the quartermaster's department on November 7. By way of showing their appreciation of his patriotism, the young soldier's brothers presented to him a complete army outfit.
