Coogan, 57-year-old former Keene man, who dropped dead on Lagrange street last night. Edward Bridges of 90 Appleton street and Raymond Sweat of 11 Lagrange street found Coogan lying on a sidewalk about 8:45 p.m. They notified police and the man was taken to St. Joseph's hospital where he was pronounced dead upon arrival. Medical Examiner Marshall L. Alling after listing the death as due to natural causes, ordered the body turned over to Frank Fay, Gorham street funeral director. IUn the pockets of the dead man, police found membership cards in the Loyal Order of Moose and the Textile Workers Assn. With these the man's identity was determined. Keene police, however, said that Coogan no longer lived there and that acquaintances in the city said he was living in Lowell. Police were unable to determine the man's place of residence. _____________________________________________________________________
