This is the family of Thomas B. Coogan.  He was born in White County,
Illinois.

Thomas was married to Geraldine Hall in early 1944, but left her 
before the birth of his son, Thomas - who was later adopted by the 
Combs family.

This family is probably related to the other Coogan family from 
White, Edwards, Crawford and Wabash Counties.
