Research:

This is the family of Richard Seward Coogan. He lived in County 
Waterford, Ireland and emigrated to the United Kingdom in the 
late Nineteenth Century.  He settled in the vicinity of London,
England.

Richard had a brother, Robert Seward Coogan, who also lived in
England (nearby) until his death in 1887.

We are currently looking for someone to link with this family and 
to take over the search!
