Research:

This is the family Charles Denis Rhoderic Coogan.  He lived on
the Isle of Man (United Kingdom) before emigrating to Australia
in the early Twentieth Century.  He settled in Perth, Western
Australia, and eventually moved to Melbourne, Victoria.

Apparently, Charles abandoned a family in the Isle of Man when
he departed the United Kingdom.  Additional information is needed
to confirm this story.
