Research:

This is the family of James C. Coogan.  He was born in Ireland, 
but his wife and children were all born in Scotland (probably in 
Lanarkshire).  He emigrated to the United States with his small 
family in the late Nineteenth Century.  They originally settled 
in Tioga County, Pennsylvania.

After James died (c.1903), most of his family moved to Rochester
(Monroe County), New York.

This family has also been found as COOGANS and COOGINS.

We are currently looking for someone to link with this family and 
to take over the search!
