Research:

This is the family of William Coogan.  He lived in the townland
of Englishtown, in Rathvilly Roman Catholic Parish - on the 
border of County Carlow and County Wicklow (there is evidence 
that the family lived on the County Wicklow side of the border).  

This family is probably related to other Rathvilly Parish Coogan
families.

We are currently looking for someone to link with this family and 
to take over the search!
