Research:

This is the family of William H. Coogan, who arrived in New York 
around 1895.  He married Ellen Brooks Callahan, who had been 
widowed in 1892 with six children.  The family first settled in 
Brooklyn but moved to Manhattan after Ellen's death in 1903. 

Tracy's related family names are SEMAIN, MOLLOY, VETTER, O'BRIEN.
